Closing Down Information
I'm very sad to tell our wonderful customers that, for personal reasons related to health and well-being, we will be closing All Aboard Hobbies.
While stocks last we are running a closing down sale, where you can save a massive 50% on over 3000 in-stock products.
Q: I have a current order for in-stock items. Will I still get my order?
Yes. All current orders are being packed and sent as normal.
Q: I have a pre-order for an item that hasn't arrived from the manufacturer yet. Will I still get my order?
Yes. All of our orders with the manufacturers are still valid. As soon as they arrive here they will be sent out to customers.
Q: Can I cancel my current order or my pre-order?
No. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
Q: Can I pre-order products that aren't currently in stock?
No. We won't be placing any new orders with our suppliers.
Q: If I place an order, how long will it take to receive it?
The average dispatch time for our last 4000 orders has been 1.4 days. That's pretty quick! I expect to receive many orders during the closing down sale, so it may take a few days longer to get your order out. You will receive a notification containing your Australia Post tracking details the moment your order has been shipped.
Q: Why are you closing All Aboard?
Those reasons are personal, related to our well-being, and won't be discussed. My focus now is ensuring all of our good customers that have placed orders are looked after.
